People are at the core of everything I do. I advocate for those we design for and the cross-functional teams I lead and work alongside with. I focus on building empathy, ensuring representation, and creating space for diverse perspectives and disciplines to shape the work. By fostering safe environments where collaboration feels purposeful, I help teams feel supported, heard, and empowered to share their voice.

I’ve led projects across healthcare, education, financial services, human resources, social impact and more. No matter the sector, I design with an understanding of both human experience and the systems that shape people’s lives. I do my best work when I’m helping teams shape big ideas into shared visions for the future; creating solutions that are thoughtful, inclusive, and impactful.
